Preparation
Dice about a
half cup of onions. (Wash your hands and then wipe the tears brought
on by the onions.)
If any of your
veggies are the canned variety, drain them. If they are fresh, make
sure you rinse them well for safety's sake.
Trim the outer
fat from the steak, then cut it into half inch cubes.
Cooking
Heat griddle
and coat it with oil. (Olive oil works well for this and it's much
better for your heart.)
Add the meat
to the griddle and cook until nearly done.
Add all the vegetables and stir fry together with the meat.
Add soy sauce
to taste when the mixture is almost finished cooking.
Serve over
rice or with tortillas, if desired.
Change or add
your own veggies and meat. We have tried using pork or chicken.
We've even added rotini noodles and have stirred in an egg toward the end of
cooking.
